Location: Various locations across Saudi Arabia, covering the Eastern, Western, Northern, Central, and Southern Regions, including Saudi PPP project sites.

Role Overview
 
We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Expert to provide technical leadership, strategic planning, and advisory services across complex environmental projects. In this role, you will act as a senior technical authority responsible for high-level environmental data analysis, compliance consulting, management outcomes development, and leading project quality assurance.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Advisory: Oversee environmental planning activities and deliver senior-level consultancy on complex environmental issues, policy, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Data Analysis & Technical Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis and technical interpretation of environmental data; author comprehensive analysis and service readiness reports.
• Outcome Management: Formulate, evaluate, and update environmental management outcomes and operational frameworks.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Lead technical QA/QC protocols across environmental studies, assessments, and client deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technical findings and strategic recommendations effectively to internal leadership, regulatory authorities, and key project stakeholders.

 
Qualifications & Certifications

• Education:
  • Postgraduate Degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Policy, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional Certifications & Licenses:
  • Certified Environmental Scientist (CES), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional accreditation is highly preferred.

 
Experience & Skills Required

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of technical professional experience in the environmental sector.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of regional and international environmental laws, regulatory compliance, and statutory frameworks.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Advanced analytical skills with a proven track record in interpreting complex environmental data sets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with specialized expertise in high-level technical report writing.
  • Strong strategic project management capability and senior stakeholder engagement expertise.
