Location: Jubail, KSA


ASNT/ PCN / CSWIP PAUT / ToFD Level 2 Inspector with weld / Corrosion Mapping Inspection services by utilizing Omniscan MX-2 & 4 / TD Focus (Corrosion Mapping) in relation to NDE (Non-Destructive Examination)inspection in accordance with industry standards (AMSE 31.3,31.4/31.8 , other standards).

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing PAUT & TOFD & CM Job’s and demonstration as per the project specific and approved procedural requirements.
• Preparation of scan plans using ES beam tool or NDT setup builder, Procedures, calibration and demonstration block design as per the code and client requirements for all the applications like piping , non-piping with materials CS, SS, DSS, Cladded etc..
• Interpretation and analysis by using Omni PC  of PAUT / ToFD  and  TD-Scan of Corrosion Mapping data to identify defects, anomalies, or areas of concern in the piping / Equipments / Tank and spools, ensuring they meet the necessary specific code requirements related to PAUT & TOFD & CM.
• Able to perform the required calibrations and demonstrations as per the project specific approved procedures.
• Review and approval of PAUT / ToFD documentation & inspection reports, verifying that reports accurately reflect inspection results, procedures followed, and ensure proper documentation of all findings.
• Coordination with the 2nd-party inspectors to provide guidance and support, ensuring inspections are carried out according to the project’s technical specifications and regulations.
• Ensure proper calibration of PAUT / ToFD , CM equipment and instruments, conducting necessary checks to verify equipment accuracy and functionality before inspections.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant local, national, and international standards, codes, and regulations for non-destructive testing (NDT).
• Reporting and documenting deviations or non-conformities found during inspections and ensuring corrective actions are recommended and tracked.
• Collaboration with project management and engineering teams to discuss inspection findings and contribute to decision-making processes regarding material acceptance or rejection.
• Willing to troubleshoot the problems occur in the NDT equipment’s of Phased Array & TOFD / Corrosion Mapping  System to support the Project run smoothly.
• Providing expert technical support during audits, inspections, and reviews conducted by third-party parties or regulatory bodies.
• Complete Supervision of PAUT team & communicating with client representatives for any technical issues.
• Planning the inspection activities as per project scope and site condition to avoid waiting & wastage of resources
• Avail themselves of company internal and any other required training programs as and when required by the management
• Provide fellow employees with help with safety attitudes and its requirements.
