Role: Project Quality Supervisor-Mechanical (ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent)
Project: QMIS - Saudi Aramco Quality Management Inspection Service
Work Location: Within Saudi Arabia, at Saudi Aramco project Sites, Specific location to be identified upon selection

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or a 2-year technical diploma.
- Experience: 10+ years in inspection, with minimum 5+ years in inspection supervision in Projects/Operations
- Certifications: ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent.
Basic Function The basic function of the Project/Operation Quality Supervisor is to supervise all quality activities performed by inspectors.
Scope The incumbent will supervise and monitor quality activities performed by inspectors. The incumbent will ensure that WORK is in compliance with all applicable requirements including without limitation SAUDI ARAMCO engineering requirements, standards, procedures, specifications, and Schedule Q of the project contract. The incumbent will provide training to others as and when required. Duties may require physical exertion, working outdoors, confined spaces, high elevations, remote work locations, and on or off-shore.
Principal Duties - Supervise all aspects of inspection disciplines and give WORK direction to all inspection personnel in the assigned groups or in the remotely located units
- Ensure adequately trained and certified personnel are available to meet the workload
- Ensure that all WORK is completed according to all applicable codes and standards, and keep current of the latest developments in inspection standards, codes, practices, procedures, methods and inspection equipment.
- Review/evaluate WORK quality assurance/quality control systems, as necessary, and ensure Inspection Report and Records (hard copy and electronic databases) are compiled and maintained
- Make frequent visits sites to resolve inspection related problems, or appraise adequacy of inspection services provided
- Perform root cause analysis, assessments, and recommend short and/or long-term remedies
- Provide technical support to resolve problems concerning inspection methods and procedures for completing WORK within the scope and intent of applicable codes and standards
