Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (B. Engineering)

Experience:

• 10-15 years in project planning, cost estimation, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare project tenders with accurate cost estimations.
2. Plan and allocate resources, including creating resource histograms.
3. Ensure project planning and costing align with overall objectives.
4. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed.
5. Collaborate with teams and provide regular project reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
