Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Site Lead

Location: Oman
 
Duration: 4 Months, Extendable

Experience Level: Senior (Minimum 15 Years)
 
Key Responsibilities:

Site Leadership:

• Oversee all E&I activities on assigned project sites, ensuring alignment with project schedules and objectives.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring effective coordination between engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams.

Technical Coordination:

• Resolve site-level technical issues, particularly in the integration of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Verify the installation, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the on-site focal point, engaging with client representatives for progress updates and issue resolution.
• Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and client safety requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and detailed site reports for project deliverables and handovers.

Execution Excellence:

• Drive timely and efficient execution of all site deliverables.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability at the site.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 15 years' experience in EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines.
• Extensive site leadership experience with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Expertise in installing, testing, and commissioning electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Ability to resolve site-level integration and technical challenges in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications:

• At least two valid credentials in E&I or site management.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, NEC, or API.
