Allura Partners are delighted to be supporting a medium-sized property business with a search for a commercial finance manager on a 12 month FTC basis, to cover for a project secondment within the team.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Partner with development leadership to provide commercial insights and improve profitability
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
• Deliver monthly reporting and performance analysis packs
• Ensure accuracy across P&L, balance sheet and audit requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes

Skills and experience

• 5/6 years’ experience in finance, ideally within property or development
• CPA, CA or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead or mentor team members
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and improvement
• Must be available immediately or at short notice
