CNC Operator – Custom Manufacturing (Marine Industry)

Location: Opa-Locka, FL | On-site
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional overtime or weekends may be required
Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: $19–$21/hr (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re hiring a CNC Operator to join a custom marine manufacturing company that builds high-end, made-to-order products. This role is CNC-focused and ideal for candidates looking to grow their skills in a hands-on production environment.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Paint, and Production teams and help create components that go directly onto finished boats.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC cutting equipment is required
• Work with CAD/CAM software (Fusion, AutoCAD, Graphtec, or similar) is required
• Review layouts and measurements before production
• Collaborate with Engineering and Paint teams
• Assist with custom components, finishing, and embroidery (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Hands-on CNC Operator experience
• CAD/CAM software experience (Fusion preferred)
• Manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication background
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
