Field-Based Business Development Representative | B2B Territory Sales
Business Growth Platform for  Insurance Agencies and Agencies
Location: Illinois Metro areas  (Field-Based in IL)
Schedule: 75% Field / 25% Home Office (Autonomy & Flexibility)
Base Salary: $75k–$100k + quarterly and Annual commission (an estimate of $150k- $200K per year)

Most insurance agents love advising clients but hate the "paperwork ".  The Agency Growth Platform is a game-changer that automates the back-end—handling compliance, renewals, and admin—so agents can focus on what they do best: selling.
We are looking for a relationship-driven sales leader who understands the insurance landscape and wants to provide a solution that truly makes an agent’s life easier.

What You’ll Do (The "Growth Blueprint")
You aren't just a salesperson; you are a consultant helping agencies scale. Your day-to-day includes:

• Building Your Network: Proactively connecting with health and life insurance agencies and top producers across the Illinois metro areas
• Educating the Market: Leading "Lunch & Learns," attending industry networking events, and delivering high-impact presentations.
• Demonstrating Value: Showing agents exactly how our platform eliminates their administrative bottlenecks.
• Strategic Prospecting: Balancing face-to-face field visits with targeted phone outreach to keep your pipeline moving.  

Who You Are

• The Insurance Insider: You understand the world of ACA, health insurance life insurance , or ancillary products.
• The Road Warrior: You enjoy the "field" life—getting out from behind the desk to meet partners where they are.
• The Relationship Architect: You believe sales is about solving problems, not just closing deals.

The Rewards

• Competitive Base Salary : $75,000 – $100,000.
