Outside Sales - Agency Growth Partner
BDR - Insurance Business Growth Platform
Territory: Atlanta, GA & surrounding areas
Work Style: 75% Field-Based + Remote (Home Office)
Schedule: Flexible | Full-Time
Our client is a fast-growing Agency Growth Platform designed specifically for the insurance industry. They partner with independent health and life insurance agencies to reduce administrative burden, improve compliance, and increase agent productivity
Who Thrives in This Role
This position is especially well-suited for professionals who have lived inside the insurance agency world and are ready to apply that experience at a broader scale, including:
- Current or former insurance agency owners
- Agency managers or sales leaders
- Senior health or life insurance producers
- Carrier, GA, or MGA representatives with strong agency relationships
- Insurance professionals experienced with CRMs, enrollment platforms, or agency technology
Qualifications - Experience in insurance sales, agency management, business development, or technology-enabled insurance roles.
- Strong understanding of ACA health plans, life insurance, and/or ancillary products.
- Existing network of health and/or life insurance agencies is a strong plus.
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field building face-to-face relationships.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

What You’ll Do - Build long-term partnerships with independent health and life insurance agencies and agency leadership across your territory.
- Act as a strategic advisor to agency owners and managers—listening deeply to their challenges and growth goals.
- Demonstrate how technology can enhance agent productivity, simplify compliance, and support scalable growth.
- Travel throughout the metro region to meet partners face-to-face (local and limited overnight travel).
- Partner with internal onboarding, support, and compliance teams to ensure agency success.
- Stay closely informed on market trends, carrier changes, and evolving agency challenges.
- Own and grow your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset while consistently meeting performance goals.
Compensation & Benefits - Base salary $70k-$05K + up to 100% of your salary in Quarterly & Annual Commissions: OTE: $140K- $190K
