Active Georgia Property & Casualty license (required)
Location: LaGrange, GA (South of Atlanta Area)
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Base Salary + Commissions, PTO, Paid Holidays, $500 per month contribution for Benefits ( Salary based on experience)

Position Overview The P&C Sales Representative is responsible for providing insurance solutions to both new and existing customers, in person and over the phone. This role blends sales, customer service, and relationship management, with a strong focus on accuracy, retention, and compliance. You will apply strategies learned through company-provided training while consistently working toward performance goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Property & Casualty insurance solutions (auto, home, and commercial products) to new and existing customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Participate in ongoing outbound and inbound customer campaigns to present coverage options for auto, home, and commercial insurance, and close those sales.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, including:
- o Assisting with billing and payment inquiries
- o Providing policy and coverage information
- o Supporting customers through the claims process
- o Proactively contacting customers for renewals and coverage reviews
- Accurately verify insurance information to support customer retention.
- Attend ongoing training to stay current on internal policies, product updates, and state and industry compliance requirements.
Requirements - Active Georgia Property & Casualty license (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
