Senior CNC Press Brake Operator (Set-Up Experience Required)
  
Location: Miami Gardes, FL
Type of Work: Onsite 
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $24 - $28 per hour, depending on experience
 
Description
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team. This role is critical to maintaining production quality and efficiency, as it supports long-term operational continuity. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-sufficient, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
This position requires hands-on experience setting up and operating both mechanical and CNC press brake machinery. The selected candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to precision and quality workmanship.
 
Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and operate mechanical and CNC press brake machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications
• Select appropriate tooling and determine correct machine settings based on material type and thickness
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and protractors to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain production accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety guidelines and company production procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience operating mechanical and CNC press brake equipment
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience selecting tooling and adjusting machine settings independently
• Solid understanding of quality control processes and use of precision measuring tools
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without the need for ongoing training
