Senior Financial Analyst 

Location: Weston, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Part-time (2–3 days per week)
Type of Contract: Temporary (indefinite duration)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
 
Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst with a strong accounting background to support the growth of a U.S. operation within an established international company in the health and consumer products industry. This is a high-ownership role in a growing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and being involved in both accounting operations and financial processes.
 
Responsibilities and Duties

• Own the month-end close process (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, and collections
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support inventory costing and COGS tracking
• Handle intercompany transactions and support transfer pricing
• Reconcile inventory with 3PL/logistics data
• Maintain accurate financial records and support process improvements

Requirements

• Minimun 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role within consumer goods, distribution, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
  Strong experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
• Hands-on experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with inventory accounting or cost accounting
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• High level of ownership and accountability
