Senior Superintendent
Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $190,000 to $200,000 base, DOE, plus bonus
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
A well-established construction organization is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a major residential high-rise project in Miami. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned field leader who knows how to take a complex vertical project from active construction through final completion while maintaining control of schedule, quality, safety, and overall site performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong high-rise experience, confidence leading large field operations, and the ability to guide and elevate other superintendents on site. This role will be instrumental in driving momentum on a marquee project already underway and offers direct visibility to senior leadership.
Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day field operations for a major residential high-rise project
- Oversee and support two superintendents on site, providing direction, accountability, and leadership
- Manage project execution from active construction through final delivery and closeout
- Drive schedule adherence, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite productivity
- Maintain strong standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of the project
- Partner closely with the Project Executive and project team to address issues quickly and keep the project moving forward
- Coordinate inspections, punch list activity, turnover milestones, and closeout processes
- Use Procore to manage project documentation, field communication, reporting, and coordination
- Help ensure the project is completed on time, to specification, and at a high standard of execution
Qualifications - 6+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or residential construction
- Strong experience leading residential high-rise projects
- Proven experience taking projects from preconstruction or early phases through final completion
- Prior experience leading other superintendents or large field teams
- Strong command of scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control
- Procore experience is required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
- Excellent tenure and a track record of stability and strong field leadership
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
