Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain records of mileage, fuel use, and service schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of interior spaces (offices, restrooms, shop floors) and exterior areas (walkways, landscaping, parking lots).
Run facility-related errands, including picking up tools, equipment, and supplies from vendors.
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipment; conduct basic PM checks on powered industrial equipment.
Support set-up and breakdown of company events, including boat shows (may require overnight stay; accommodations provided).
Assist with facility organization during scheduled downtime (e.g., end-of-year plant closures).
Follow and enforce all company health, safety, and environmental protocols.
