Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Aerospace Component Manufacturing

Position Overview:
ttg Talent Solutions is supporting a client in the aviation and aerospace supply sector seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team in Doral, Florida. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting daily sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. This individual will play a key role in managing customer communications, processing orders, supporting pricing activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts or market segments.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications including calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor quote activity and conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring inquiries, orders, and requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as purchasing, asset management, and customer support to ensure alignment on pricing, inventory, and delivery expectations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales processes and customer experience.
• Track and work toward achieving individual sales performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales operations and organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years of inside sales or telesales experience required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is preferred.
• Experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Previous exposure to aviation, aerospace, or technical product sales.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
