Field Marketing - Agency Growth Platform 
Health/ Life/ ACA /Medicare Agents
Territory: Atlanta, GA & surrounding areas
Work Style: 75% Field-Based + 25% Remote (Home Office)
Schedule: Flexible | Full-Time

Must be living in the Territory since this is a field based position.  

Base salary  $70k-$95K +  up to 100% of your salary in Quarterly & Annual Commissions: OTE:   $140K- $190K

Our client is a fast-growing company focused focused around an Agency Growth Platform designed specifically for the insurance industry. They partner with independent health and life insurance agencies to reduce administrative burden, improve compliance, and increase agent productivity.This is not a transactional role.

This position is especially well-suited for professionals who have lived inside the insurance agency world and are ready to apply that experience at a broader scale, including 

• Health/ life / ACA insurance producers  or Sales Agents ( looking for a field based position. 
• Carrier, GA, or MGA representatives with strong agency relationships
• Insurance professionals experienced with CRMs, enrollment platforms, or agency technology
• Current or former insurance agency owners
• Agency managers or sales leaders

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales, agency management, business development, or technology-enabled insurance roles.
• Strong understanding of ACA health plans, life insurance, and/or ancillary products.
• Existing network of health and/or life insurance agencies is a strong plus.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field building face-to-face relationships.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

What You’ll Do

• Consult: Act as a strategic advisor to agency owners to solve growth and compliance hurdles.
• Modernize: Show agencies how to use technology to scale production and simplify workflows.
• Connect: Build regional partnerships through face-to-face meetings and local travel.
• Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
• Analyze: Stay expert-level on market trends and carrier changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary  $70k-$95K +  up to 100% of your salary in Quarterly & Annual Commissions: OTE:   $140K- $190K
• Full travel expense reimbursement
• Company-provided laptop and all required technology
