Accounting & Cost Analyst (QuickBooks & Excel)
Location: Hialeah, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $50,000 + Benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting & Cost Analyst to support daily accounting and cost analysis for a growing food manufacturing company. This role is ideal for an mid-level accounting professional with strong QuickBooks and Excel (formulas) skills who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts and support basic financial reporting
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets for cost analysis
• Analyze costs related to materials, labor, and production
• Assist with purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor support
• Support payroll tasks, including tracking employee hours
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing or operations)
• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong Excel skills (formulas required)
• Experience with cost or data analysis
• Bilingual English & Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Preferred: Food manufacturing or CPG experience; payroll exposure; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
