Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team based in Lancashire. 

Position: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner         
Rate: Competitive    
Location: Lancashire              
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Handle a caseload of property transactions. This includes the purchase, sales and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties. 
• Liaise with other service line teams, providing support to them. 
• Build and develop client relationships, meeting their expectations through progression calls and queries. 
• Assist with business development. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 2 years PQE or equivalent. 
• Able to run own caseload. 
• Effective management of matters. 
• SOS Case Management System experience (Desired)
