PAY RATE: £39,951 - £42,840 and benefits

JOB SUMMARY
The Social Worker to work within a permanency team on a hybrid bases. 
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• A social worker with good experience of the adoption process and permanency planning. A worker who has excellent assessment and analytical skills and ability to produce written work to a court level standard as well as having a solid understanding of the legal framework which underpins adoption, long term fostering and safeguarding. Promoting equality and tackling oppression and discrimination should be at the core of your practice

  
  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Relevant Qualifications, with a registered body in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing and experience of working in a Health or Social Care setting. 
• Experience working within Permanency team or similar setting.
