Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Healthcare Service, who are looking for a Fundraising Manager to join their team based in Surrey. 

Position: Fundraising Manager        
Rate: £48,270 - £54,931   
Location: Surrey             
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Maintain and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. 
• Prepare written donor proposals, stewardship and solicitation as well as planning and creating fundraising events around this. 
• Meet annual targets by maximising income.
• Create inventive strategies to utilise senior stakeholders effectively and build professional relationships with them.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Educated to degree level. 
• Previous background within a results-oriented environment. 
• Strong understanding of fundraising processes. 
• Effective verbal communication skills when liaising with customers, clients and donors.
