Responsibilities:

• Install, set up, and modify industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement continuous machine improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and conduct operational training for customers on equipment usage and basic maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in industrial machinery or equipment maintenance.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of CAD drawings and basic programming is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on technical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly during customer training and support.
