Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for technical and engineering enquiries from airlines, airframer and repair stations to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Coordinate with internal functions i.e. Product Support Engineering teams, and collaborate closely with the Customer Support Manager network.
Required to support the Global AOG duties during weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis.
Promote and support customer adoption of the company's online portal, showcasing available services to enhance customer experience.
Identify and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
Support routine travel to customers, when needed, within the South Asia Pacific region
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
At least 3 years of technical background in aviation / aerospace industry
Customer interacting position experience
Proficiency in MS Office, Sharepoint
Comfortable with working on 1 day on weekend / month to take care of AOG matters
Technical Support, Technical Customer Support, or relevant position experience in aviation / aerospace industry is an added advantage
