Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Perform data entry and maintain organised records and documentation
Provide general administrative support across departments
Assist in HR and general affairs functions as required by the organisation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, HR administration, or general affairs
Proficiency in Japanese and English languages for liaising with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking clients and stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks diligently
Reliable, responsible, and able to manage time effectively
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to support a variety of administrative functions as required
