Allura Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a PE backed Technology business on a search for a Senior Finance Manager. You'll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, taking ownership of financial operations, reporting and commercial partnering across the business.

About the role:

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP)
• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, board packs and investor reporting packs to PE stakeholders
• Maintain and strengthen the internal control environment across the finance function, ensuring audit readiness at all times
• Manage external audit relationships and coordinate annual statutory audit processes
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable commentary to senior leadership, translating financial data into commercial insights
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics aligned with PE value creation objectives
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management and banking relationships
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to operational leaders, providing financial insight to support decision-making across pricing, investment and resource allocation

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Prior experience in a PE-backed, high-growth or investor-backed environment is highly regarded
• Exposure to the technology sector (SaaS, subscription-based or platform businesses) is strongly preferred
• Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm background is advantageous
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS or local GAAP
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate numbers into strategic insights
• Hands-on and adaptable, equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and diving into the detail
