About the role
Reporting to the Director of Architecture, this Senior ICT Solution Architect role sits within the Bluegum Architecture Services team. You will design end-to-end solutions across clinical systems and infrastructure, working closely with clinical, technical and vendor stakeholders to deliver multiple architecture outcomes.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Develop and maintain solution architecture designs across clinical and digital platforms
- Produce architecture artefacts including system designs, integration plans and option papers
- Support procurement activities and technical evaluations
- Identify and manage risks relating to solution delivery
- Contribute to architecture governance forums and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and experience - Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- 8+ years’ experience in solution architecture within large, complex environments
- Strong experience within the Australian healthcare sector
- Proven background designing clinical system architectures and integrations
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA)
- Experience with integration tools, middleware and API management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar
