About the role This Application Developer sits within a global data team, reporting to the Head of the function, with no direct reports. You will work closely with data engineers, architects, and IT, designing and delivering applications that enable secure, scalable, data-driven outcomes across the business.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Design, build and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform
- Integrate applications with enterprise data platforms and APIs
- Develop user-focused interfaces to improve workflows
- Support application lifecycle management including deployment and monitoring
- Ensure security, compliance and governance standards are met
Skills and experience - Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience integrating with data platforms (e.g. data lakes, Databricks, APIs)
- Knowledge of secure application design and access controls
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
