About the role
Senior Test Analyst within a central testing function on a payroll transformation program. Reporting into Test Leads, working across business, technology and vendor stakeholders. Contributes to end-to-end testing across releases, ensuring solutions meet requirements and are ready for business adoption.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Execute testing across SIT, UAT, regression and payroll parallel runs
- Validate end-to-end business processes and system outcomes
- Manage defects, support triage and drive resolution
- Prepare test scripts, scenarios and support data setup
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology and vendors
Skills and experience - Proven experience as a Test Analyst or Senior Test Analyst
- Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
- Strong understanding of structured testing methodologies
- Experience across SIT, UAT, regression and data testing
- Payroll or HR systems knowledge (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Confluence and Excel
- SQL and exposure to automation frameworks (advantageous)
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams
