We have exclusively partnered with a large enterprise undergoing a significant Finance Transformation across Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Record to Report (RTR)
The organisation is modernising finance operations, improving data quality and driving efficiency across multiple business units and external partners and as a result of this, require 3 Business Analysts to join ASAP as this project is about to kick off!
About the role
Three mid to senior Business Analyst roles supporting a complex Finance Transformation. Each BA will own one workstream: OTC, P2P or R2R. Working across Finance, Sales, Customer Service and external providers, roles support requirements, process design, testing and delivery. Permanent positions with immediate start.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for assigned workstream
- Map current and future state finance processes across OTC, P2P or RTR
- Support testing, validation and implementation activities
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery outcomes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
Skills and experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Finance Transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of ONE of the following OTC, P2P or RTR processes
- Experience working across large, complex stakeholder groups
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills
- Experience supporting testing and delivery in change environments
