Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable
Location: North Miami, FL 33181 (On-site)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hr (DOE)
Start: ASAP (Urgent Hire)

Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/AP to support invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and month-end close in a fast-paced finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Process payments (ACH, wire, credit card, internal transfers)
• Perform 3-way matching (invoice/PO/receipt) for inventory vendors
• Review invoices for documentation and approvals before posting
• Support month-end close and ensure AP entries are current

Requirements:

• Experience with Excel and accounting software (Quicken preferred)
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• QuickBooks, Microsoft AX, or Great Plains experience
• AP/accounting background
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred, not required)
