Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Part time

Position Overview

ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to provide temporary support to a finance team. This role focuses on accurate invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining organized financial records in an onsite office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process invoices accurately
• Enter data into accounting systems
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Identify discrepancies and assist with basic problem-solving
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas)
• Comfortable working with accounting or financial systems
• Willingness to ask questions and follow established processes
