DESCRIPTION:
ttg Talent Solutions is partnering with a professional membership-based organization seeking a Program Coordinator, Sections & Student Chapters to support the operations, communications, and engagement efforts of regional sections and student chapters.
This role serves as a key liaison, providing information, resources, and operational coordination to ensure sections and student chapters operate effectively while creating meaningful engagement opportunities for their members.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable managing multiple communication and coordination initiatives simultaneously.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process communication requests from section and student chapter leadership, including drafting and distributing communications.
• Schedule and facilitate online meetings (Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms).
• Update and maintain section and student chapter websites.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and webinars.
• Support charter and disbandment processes for sections and student chapters.
• Administer annual reporting processes and maintain activity logs.
• Support annual rebate and anniversary payment processes.
• Administer annual recognition/gift programs for section and chapter leadership.
• Maintain and update officer information within the primary database.
• Coordinate distribution of materials requested by leadership groups.
• Assist with member and customer inquiries related to membership accounts and maintenance.
• Support day-to-day operational activities within the Membership Department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with volunteers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM/AMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar - basic functions).
• Experience with Adobe software and SharePoint.
• Ability to run and facilitate web-based meetings.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• Experience supporting professional associations, non-profits, or volunteer-led organizations preferred.
• Experience in communications coordination or website management preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position operates in a hybrid professional office environment in Doral, FL. Some travel may be required to attend organizational functions.
The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, use of office equipment, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform essential functions.
