Our client is a technology-driven insurance distribution platform supporting independent agents and agencies in the health and life insurance space. They offer access to ACA, Medicare, life, and supplemental products, backed by modern tools, personalized support, and growth-focused solutions.

Position Overview The Business Development Representative for West Texas & New Mexico will drive regional growth by recruiting and onboarding independent agencies and top producers. This is a highly field-based role focused on relationship-building, territory expansion, and demonstrating the value of the platform’s technology, compensation, and support model.
Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance agencies and top health/life producers
• Execute a structured regional business development strategy
• Travel extensively across the territory (up to 75%)
• Present value proposition including commissions, leads, marketing, and support
• Support smooth onboarding and partner ramp-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and partner success
• Meet or exceed recruitment and production targets

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, territory sales, or insurance sales
• Health/life insurance background strongly preferred
• Existing regional producer or agency network is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and relationship-driven

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000–$110,000
• OTE: $200,000+ (uncapped commissions)
