About the Opportunity Our client is looking for experienced insurance professionals and relationship-driven sales leaders who want to
modernize how insurance agents grow their business—without losing the human side of insurance.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with independent health and life insurance agencies, introducing a
technology platform designed to reduce admin work, improve compliance, and help agents focus on what they do best: advising clients.

What You’ll Do - Build and grow relationships with health and life insurance agencies and top producers across your territory.
- Present a compelling value proposition that shows how technology can enhance agent productivity and compliance.
- Travel throughout the metro region to meet partners face-to-face (local and limited overnight travel).
- Recruit, onboard, and support new agency partners to ensure long-term success.
- Act as a trusted advisor—listening deeply to partner needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal onboarding, support, and compliance teams.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and agent challenges.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance and growth targets.
Ideal candidate You’re likely a great fit if you have experience as a:
- Extensive Knowledge of Health or life insurance | ACA | Medicare
- Experience in Field Marketing (FMO) , Outside Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Territory Management or similar
- As a Producer or Broker
- Carrier: General Agent, or Managing General Agent
- Independent Marketing Organization( IMO) related.
- Open to Insurance Agency Managers/Owners
- Insurance professional who has worked with CRMs, enrollment tools, or agent platforms.
Qualifications - Experience in insurance sales, business development, account management, or technology-enabled insurance roles.
- Sales Reps with a strong desire to be in Outside sales ( B2B)
- Existing network of health and/or life insurance agencies and producers is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of ACA health plans, life insurance, or ancillary products preferred.
- Comfortable traveling up to 75% within the territory, Metro areas of Illinois and (occasional travel to metro in MT)
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $75K–$100K
- Quarterly and Annual Commissions: Typical total earnings of $150K–$200K+
- Full travel expense reimbursement
- Company-provided laptop and all necessary technology
