Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in Essex, are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team and play a crucial role in their residential duties.       

Position: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Rate: £40,000 - £50,000 Competitive + Discretionary Performance Bonuses
Contract: Permanent   
Work Pattern: 3 days in the office
2 days working from home

Purpose:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, have experience within residential property law and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• You will need to have excellent attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through a professional and client-focused approach.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential property law
• Understand the importance of building long-lasting client relationships.
• Have experience managing a varied caseload.
