Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority based in South East England, are looking for an experienced Committee Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their Law & Governance Operations.       

Position: Committee Manager
Rate: £25 p/h PAYE
Contract Duration: 7 Months 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and support the performance management and development of team members to ensure that individual contributions are maximised
• Analyse and make recommendations for improvement or development of existing systems, processes or policy
• Maintain, develop and review systems, processes, procedures and working methods to maximise service quality, efficiency and compliance.
• Lead projects and reviews within a defined area of work as directed by their manager to support and enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Degree qualified, or significant vocational experience
• Excellent knowledge and recent experience of providing advice in complex cases, relevant to the role.
