Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy firm based in Central London, are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Employment Operations.       

Position: Employment Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable
Contract Duration: Permanent  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Advisory: Advise corporate clients and senior executives on day-to-day HR issues, disciplinary/grievance processes, and contract terms. 
• Transactions: Draft and review employment contracts, director service agreements, consultancy arrangements, and complex settlement agreements.
• Corporate Support: Support corporate department transactions by managing employment aspects of TUPE, restructuring, and business acquisitions.
• Dispute Resolution: Manage Employment Tribunal claims, High Court litigation regarding restrictive covenants/confidentiality, and workplace mediations.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
• Excellent knowledge and recent experience of providing legal advice in complex cases, relevant to the role.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
