Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority based in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Contract Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Contracting and Procurement Operations.       

Position: Contract Support Officer
Rate: £21.01ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 4 Months possible extension
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage generic Contracting and Procurement inboxes and distribute
  emails/enquiries to Contracting and Procurement Team accordingly.
• Organise, diarise (and where required, attend) meetings with relevant parties including issuing agendas and papers and taking and issuing minutes
• Coordinate and complete legislative and other service related returns within the remit of the Supplier Management Team.
• Oversee information governance requirements to ensure team is compliant.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Experience in contract management, or procurement or a commercial service delivery role.
• At least three years’ experience in a relevant role.
