Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Law Firm in Rainham, are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to join their team and play a crucial role in their Residential Conveyancing matters.        

Position: Legal Executive (Residential Conveyancing)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Contract: Permanent + Office Based

Purpose:

• You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing high-quality legal advice while building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Freehold Sales and Purchases
• Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• Lease extensions
• Post completion

Job Requirements:

• An experienced legal executive OR newly qualified Legal Executives (at least 1 year solid experience in Residential Conveyancing including training).
• Can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Leap Case Management system.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
