Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.   

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Rate: £25.49 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 Months possibility of Extension
Work arrangement: Hybrid - Part time 22.5 hours per week

Job Responsibilities: 

• To provide a single point of contact for those contacting the Local Authority about housing services and repairs.
• To ensures that customers receive a timely and positive response to their contact with the Local Authority, achieving performance targets and high rates of satisfaction.
• To respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of customer access channels, including telephone, email, web, social media, and post.
• To deliver a consistent, reliable, customer focused service, ensuring value for money and responsive services to anyone contacting the Local Authority and to act as a positive role model for all staff.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 year experience within a Customer Service Advisor or equivalent.
• NEC/Northgate Experience Required
