Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in West London, are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer - Commercial Property to join their team and play a crucial role in their Property Operations.       

Position: Senior Lawyer - Commercial Property
Rate: £50.01 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (Feb 2027) Possible Extension  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle residential and commercial acquisitions and disposals.
• Advise on land and property regeneration schemes.
• Manage development and strategic property projects.
• Draft and negotiate new leases, lease renewals, and licences.
• Process Right to Buy transactions and Section 42 lease extensions.
• Advise on easements, rights affecting land, and general landlord-tenant issues.  

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
• Excellent knowledge and recent experience of providing legal advice in complex cases, relevant to the role.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
