Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in London, are looking for an experienced real estate paralegal to join their team and support the real estate team.
     
Position: Real Estate Paralegal
Salary: Market Rate, Depending On Experience
Contract: Permanent, Hybrid working will be considered on completion of three month probationary period

Purpose:

• To support supervisor in in all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post completion. Liaising with third parties and providing administrative assistance throughout the conveyancing process. Assisting in the running of live files. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• This role carries a broad range of responsibilities. Including:
• File Opening/AML Compliance
• Preparing reports on title, mortgages and searches
• Drafting financial statements and invoices
• Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs, searches and surveys
• General Administration tasks and the updating of internal and external systems.

Job Requirements:

• Previous conveyancing support experience needed
• Have good understanding of the conveyancing process. From instruction through to completion
• Must be confident working to timescales and able to use your initiative
• Commercially aware and have good inter-personal skills
