Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in Bedfordshire, are looking for an experienced Transformation & Improvement Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in their environmental operations.  

Position: Transformation & Improvement Lead
Location: Bedfordshire
Rate: £500-650 a day (Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months (Possible Extension)

Duties:

• Lead the delivery of transformation, improvement and savings across Environmental Services and Property & Assets.
• Develop and write business cases, delivery plans, savings proposals and benefits realisation frameworks.
• Provide clear governance, assurance and performance reporting to support decision-making and accountability.
• Use financial, operational and performance data to identify opportunities, inform service redesign and support sustainable outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Experience leading complex transformation, improvement Experience leading complex transformation, improvement.
• Service redesign or savings programmes within local government or a comparable organisation.
• Excellent business case development, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience within Environmental Services, Property & Assets or operational local government services would be advantageous.
