• SALARY: £425 - £450 Per Day
• WORK TYPE: Temporary 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: South London 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• Take the lead in conducting analysis to find ways to support the REAP goals in order to enhance resident outcomes.
• In particular, to specify needs from a variety of services offered by the company, both general and service-specific. This is so that when we go out to market for the technology that will enable us to achieve the REAP objectives, we can include these in our service specification. The design of streamlined business operations through enhanced resident experience, metrics, self-service, and data management will be part of this.
• Must closely collaborate with the organisation's services in order to gather requirements while simultaneously challenging antiquated procedures and methods of operation.
• Help define and oversee the process for implementing and incorporating new digital capabilities into the company in a manner that is considerate of and completely compatible with day-to-day operations.
• Deliver a top-notch user experience that meets strict requirements for accessibility, content, interactivity, and an easy-to-use end-to-end process.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Evidence of suitable business analysis experience is expected, as is a valid professional qualification in business analysis. Proven ability to perform the job is given weight.
• Shows knowledge of recent advancements in the use of digital technologies and the ability to absorb and understand technical or other expert advice.
• Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and extensive experience working with senior users and other stakeholders.
• Appreciates the importance of resident and commercial experience limits and the interdependencies of line of business systems, and possesses a wide understanding of business and business processes.
• Competent in comprehending the organisation's technical platforms, closely related organisations, and business environment.
