A high-growth FinTech is hiring a FP&A Manager in a newly created CBD-based role following recent expansion.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position responsible for building FP&A capability from scratch, partnering with leadership, and driving commercial decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models to support strategic decisions, new products, and investment cases
• Deliver scenario analysis to guide pricing, growth strategy, and business planning
• Analyse product performance, pricing, and unit economics to drive profitability insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Establish and improve FP&A frameworks, reporting, and performance metrics from the ground up
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights
• Support commercial decision-making across product, tech, and operations

Requirements

• Proven FP&A experience in a high-growth / fast-paced environment (FinTech, tech, financial services preferably)
• Strong financial modelling skills — confident building models from scratch
• Experience with new products, pricing analysis, or revenue modelling
• Track record of setting up or improving processes and reporting frameworks
• Highly commercial mindset — able to translate data into business insights
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders
