CNC Machinist – Mastercam Experience

About the Role

ttg Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing precision manufacturing company in Doral that supports the aerospace and defense industry.
This is not mass production — the shop focuses on custom, one-off, high-precision parts in a hands-on environment.

We’re looking for a CNC Machinist with programming experience who enjoys working on unique parts, solving machining challenges, and being on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Create and adjust programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software
• Machine custom parts in aluminum and steel alloys
• Read blueprints & GD&T and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers
• Adjust toolpaths, speeds & feeds, and troubleshoot machining issues

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on CNC programming experience (not operator-only)
• Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software
• Comfortable working with custom or low-volume machining
• Ability to read blueprints and perform inspections
• English required
• Aerospace / AS9100 or FAI experience is a plus, not required
