Duties: - The Streetlight Technical Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate customer streetlight counts by updating records to reflect changes in company‑owned streetlight systems.
- Responsibilities include processing material changes related to streetlight outages, applying appropriate credits, updating mapping information, researching municipal jurisdictional responsibilities, and communicating updates to customers.
Skills: The ideal candidate will: - Possess a foundational understanding of SAP, GIS, Open Utilities, and Google Maps
- Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret electric distribution maps
- Be highly proficient in Excel
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Apply basic problem‑solving skills
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Education: - At least 2 years of applicable experience and a High School diploma or equivalent
