Located in Coogee NSW, Louie is a restaurant currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing professional table service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serving meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting guests with menu selections and providing information about menu items and beverages
• Preparing and setting dining areas, including arranging tables, utensils, and service stations
• Processing customer payments and handling transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Addressing customer enquiries and resolving service issues in a professional and courteous manner

 
About You:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Waiter, Food and Beverage Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

 
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
 
Salary: $79,000 - $95,000 per annum
