Located on Lord Howe Island NSW, Arajilla Pty Ltd is a boutique luxury retreat currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Service Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and supervising the day-to-day operations of the retreat to ensure efficient service delivery
• Ensuring high standards of guest service are maintained across all operational areas
• Coordinating accommodation, housekeeping, reception, and guest service activities
• Managing reservations, guest arrivals, departures, and special requests
• Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Supervising, training, and rostering hospitality staff
• Monitoring operational procedures and maintaining service quality standards
• Assisting with stock control and ordering operational supplies as required
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Maintaining operational records and contributing to the continuous improvement of guest services

 
About You:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel Service Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts as required

 
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
 
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
