Kite Power Australia, located in Sans Souci NSW 2219, specialises in kitesurfing equipment, accessories, lessons and related water sports products and services. The business is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Retail Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily retail store operations and ensuring efficient workflow
• Supervising and coordinating staff, including rostering, training and performance monitoring
• Maintaining stock levels through ordering, receiving and inventory control
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer enquiries and complaints
• Monitoring the presentation, pricing and display of products throughout the store
• Monitoring sales performance and contributing to business improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
• Coordinating stock replenishment and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Assisting with merchandising, promotional activities and seasonal product displays

About You:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Good knowledge of stock control, merchandising and retail sales processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage competing priorities

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per annum
