Located in Windsor NSW, Tates Hotel Windsor is a hotel offering accommodation, dining, bar, and function facilities. The business is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel and ensure the delivery of high-quality guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing and overseeing accommodation, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations
• Supervising security arrangements and coordinating property and facility maintenance
• Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function, and event operations
• Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing requirements and all applicable legislation
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements to maintain high service standards
• Overseeing purchasing activities and supporting the efficient administration of hotel operations
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Coordinating staff rosters, supervising employees, and supporting the day-to-day management of hotel operations
• Assisting guests with enquiries, local information, and arranging services where required
• Maintaining high operational standards to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel

About You:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
• Experience supervising accommodation, food and beverage, and guest service operations
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and hospitality operations
• Ability to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
